Online Fitness Assessments
Prior to starting personalized training we require all clients to schedule a fitness assessment with a co-owner. This will ensure we thoroughly understand any previous/current injuries as well as your specific goals and needs.
You will leave the assessment with at home exercises to begin right away and a sense of empowerment leading to a healthier you!
