Experience many of the same benefits of personal training in a small group setting. Training with a partner or in a group of 3-4 people reduces the cost, and keeping the group small allows for more personalized attention and programming for the individual participants. You and your training partner(s) work directly with your TR coach to set training times, so you have more flexibility with scheduling. Small group training works best if you already have an existing training partner with a similar schedule. If you do not have a training partner in mind, and are looking to join an existing group, we suggest signing up for TRAC!
