TRAC bridges the gap between one-on-one training and group classes. It is a twice weekly, structured and progressive group strength program that starts at the beginning of each month. Modifications can be made to address individual needs. Participants are encouraged to record their weights, monitor their heart rates, and set supplementary behavior goals addressing sleep quality, stress levels and nutrition habits. Because the groups are small and meet at set times, TRAC participants develop a sense of support, community and accountability. TRAC is offered at all three of our locations. What to expect when you sign up for TRAC:
  • functionally sound movement training integrated with strength training and conditioning twice per week
  • individual workout charts provided for participants to track their progress each month
