Experience many of the same benefits of personal training in a small group setting. Training in a group of 2-6 people reduces the cost, and keeping the group small allows for more personalized attention and programming for the individual participants.

POSTURAL ASSESSMENTS & FITNESS TESTING

Analysis of muscular imbalances, postural alignment, endurance, and cardiovascular capacity. Speak with a certified personal traininer about how to reach your goals or train for your next event.

Option 1 - Free 30 minute needs analysis and postural assessment.
Option 2 - Purchase a 1-hour personal training session online to be used as a more in depth analysis. If you continue to train with us, we will credit that $90 towards the purchase of your first personal training package.

TR CROSS-TRAINING

This special 75 minute class combines 30 minutes of spinning with 45 minutes of metabolic circuit training in the weight area. The entire facility is reserved for this class for one hour. Price per class is $15, and can be purchased and reserved online.  This class does not meet every week, so please check our monthly schedule to see when the next class will be held.


INDOOR CYCLING

Enhance athletic performance and improve cardiovascular endurance in our 60 minute cycling class. While classes do maintain traditional "spinning" attributes, our instructors/coaches emphasize the importance of proper form and technique to create a safe environment for all participants. Whether you are an experienced road cyclist looking for an intense workout or in need of adding some cross-training to your weekly schedule, indoor cycling provides a a "low-impact" workout for all fitness abilities.
